Annam Idly Rava (Rice Cream) is an alternative to the steamed rice-lentil idli, rava idli is made from semolina tempered with spices, blended with yoghurt & steamed. This original idli rava is ready to cook savoury rice pan cake dry mix, 100% vegetarian, no preservatives, no artificial flavour or colour.
Storage & Uses:
Mix the contents of this pack with water, add finely chopped coriander leaves, stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 10 mins. Lightly grease idli moulds with oil , stir batter gently and pour batter into each mould. Place idli moulds inside the steaming vessel , cover and steam on high heat for 15 mins. Serve steaming hot, fluffy side up with gits instant sambar and coconut chutney. Store the remaining dry mix in a cool and dry place for later use.
